Gentle, responsive bodywork and movement to help you feel at ease in your own skin
I offer one-to-one wellbeing sessions using Biodynamic Massage, a gentle body–mind approach founded by Gerda Boyesen. Each session is shaped around your experience and what you bring on the day — from physical discomfort and ongoing tension to emotional blocks that may not shift through talking alone.
I am a Sivananda yoga teacher and an aerial yoga instructor. I bring all my skills together into a holistic approach. Sessions are always adapted to meet you exactly where you are, combining touch, breath, stillness, or movement when helpful.
Alongside this work, I am a children’s psychotherapist working with mental health and emotional wellbeing in schools. With a deep sensitivity to the inner child, I bring this same care and attentiveness into my work with adults — creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and deeply listening.
I use a stethoscope as an assistant to listen to the body’s responses and guide the depth and pace of touch. Many people experience sessions as a gentle conversation — or a dance — where the body leads and I follow.
Yoga & Aerial Yoga — When Movement Feels Right
I am a Sivananda yoga teacher and an aerial yoga instructor, and I can gently weave movement into sessions when it feels supportive and is requested.
Sometimes the body wants stillness, and sometimes it wants to move. I follow what feels right for you on the day, offering simple, grounding practices that help you feel more at ease and connected — never pushed or forced.
